Bruce Peninsula, Thanksgiving 2004
This was the first "official" UW Outers Club hiking trip I organized. We were hiking
the northermost part of the Bruce Trail, in Bruce Peninsual National Park. The part
we did started at the eastern coast of the peninsula and went to Tobermory on the
western coast. We were hoping to see lots of colours on the trees, which turned out
to be the case.
As the trail is not a loop, we had to do a little trick: We split up into two groups
of 5 persons each. Each group would leave their car at one end of the trail. We would
meet at the Cyprus Lake campground after the first day and exchange the keys of the cars.
